Massage bar is used to lubricate the skin during a massage.  It is a combination of oils and butters, and it melts upon contact with the skin at body temperature.

Phase Ingredient INCI Percentage
A Cocoa Butter Theobroma Cacao Seed Butter 33%
Shea Butter Butyrospermum Parkii Butter 20%
Beeswax Cera Alba 20%
B Jojoba Oil Simmondsia Chinensis 23%
Vitamin E Acetate Tocopheryl Acetate 2%
Vanilla Oleoresin Oil Vanilla Planifolia 2%

Procedure:

  • Melt butters in Phase A in double boiler until all melted.
  • Take off the heat and pour in the remaining ingredients and mix well
  • Quickly pour into silicon molds before the mixture starts to thicken and then refrigerate.
  • After the bars become solid, remove from mold.

Appearance: Solid bar in off-white to beige color.

Note: Avoid using molds with sharp edges or points.
