    Dear Family, Friends, Customers, Business Partners, and Vendors,

    Another year has gone by, 2015 was a year full of major milestones for us.  I’m proud that we have accomplished many tasks and made many improvements.  I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation to our supporters (family, friends, customers, business partners, and vendors) for the support through out the year. Your support is critical to the growth of the company. Thank you!  I would also like to introduce a new member to the company, Angel (my sister).  Angel will be helping me to manage the shop's operation, and I will be focusing on technical support, and production.

    As we entered 2016, I’m listing out what had happened to us last year, and to share my thoughts for the year ahead,

    Achievement:

    Building on the foundation we have laid from 2014, we have opened our first shop at Stanley Plaza on May 1st. 2015.  I would like to thank you "Link REIT" for giving us the opportunity and the support to small local business like us.  As part of our commitment, we have built a comfortable environment, and offering a wide selection of natural products, and comprehensive workshops to the community.

    Improvement:

    The recently upgraded POS (Point of Sale) system allows us to have better management over sales and inventory.  A new customer program will be launched in 2016, with three different types of accounts (Member, VIP, and Business), details will be announced once finalized.

    Change in website content:

    We had written detailed information of the possible benefits of each natural product on our website, because we believed the information will help visitors to learn more about each product.  However, we made the difficult decision to take away this information, and only keeping the key points and general product description.  We believe this new change is appropriate for the company to prevent users from misusing the information to replace the advice or care of qualified professionals. We believe natural products offer many possible benefits, however they are NOT intended to substitute for professional medical advice.  We believe natural products serve as a part of our healthy lifestyle, and self-improvement that can strengthen our body, and in return the body will take care of itself.

     

    >Products & Brands:

    We are grateful to have the opportunity to carry some of the well-known brands in our shop (in alphabetical order),

    • Bach Rescue Remedy Products, a trusted brand in 66 countries for over 70 years. Offering flower remedies work in a gentle way, helping to balance thoughts and emotions.
    • Ezenssi products, our own branded development which we adapt to the "less is more" philosophy, providing gentle skincare solution to people with sensitive complexions.
    • Huan W. soap bed, special designed and made to extend the life of soap bar.
    • Neal's Yard Remedies, an award winning ethical organic health & beauty brand that has been in the business for over 30 years with many award wining products.
    • Serene House, a trusted brand that makes beautifully designed, high quality, and reliable air care products.
    • You Yuan Gong Fang ( 酉圓工房 ), specialize in the design and production of high quality electric incense burner, the company is one of the leader in electric incense burner in China.

    Other than finished products, we also supply ingredients to amateur and seasoned crafters, with the goal of providing quality ingredients, and support to our customers.  Entering 2016, we will continue to add new products to our shop.  Again, we only sell things that we like, we understand, and we use ourselves.

    Outlook for 2016:

    In the face of all the economic uncertainties, we entered the new year cautiously expecting the price of "High Quality" ingredients to increase.  The reason for such expectation is from the facts that,

    • Demand for high quality ingredients is still high around the world.
    • Crop failure in some countries, resulting scarcity of certain raw materials.
    • Political instability in some countries.

    As of January 1st, we will adjust our prices accordingly due to the above external factors.  Nevertheless, we firmly believe our prices will remain fair and competitive in 2016, and we only sell high quality products, we DO NOT trade off quality to maintain or increase profit.

    As a crafter myself, I understand the importance of quality ingredients and support.  I want my customers to be successful, and it is my job to make sure they will be. In 2016, we will continue to provide high quality products, useful resources, and helpful customer service.

    Once again, I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their support throughout the year.  We have enjoyed 2015, and on behalf of the Ezenssi company, we offer our best wishes and happiness to you and your families as we all look forward to an exciting 2016 !

    Dear Family, Friends and Customers,

    As we are approaching the end of 2014, I would like to say thank you to our family, friends and customers for a wonderful year. I greatly appreciate the support I have received from you and I couldn't have done so much without your support. On the 1st of January we celebrate the new year and the 1st year anniversary of the Ezenssi company. I would like to take this opportunity to briefly introduce myself & the company and share a quick review of the company in 2014.

    Creating and Promoting DIY personal care products is one of my great interest and passion.  Over the years I have received many compliments from family and friends and it is in December of 2013 with the support from my family, I’ve decided to startup the Ezenssi company.

    My philosophy is not bringing scientific revolution but to return to the essence of mother nature. Our business model is very simple, to build long term trust & relationship with our customers, to make & sell great value quality products, to share our knowledge & information freely, and to keep the business simple. One of our goal is continuously sourcing for high quality ingredients & products and avoid spending on fancy packaging & marketing gimmicks, in return passing all the savings to our customers.

    For the past year, we are aware of certain soap bars frequently ran out of stock and we've added more equipments to increase our production. With the additional equipments we expect to produce more soap bars. However, we do not want to push ourselves over the limit to sacrifice quality for quantity and therefore we are not yet ready to serve wholesale clients or expanding our sales location.

    Aside from our online store, Stanley Plaza is still our main sale kiosk on the weekends (unless the landlord increase the rent), and pickup order at our Central office location on weekdays is as usual. As for our online webstore, in November we have upgraded our online shop (www.ezenssi.com) to a more powerful platform which provides more features to the users and greater flexibility over management to us. 

    As we enter 2015, we will continue to work hard to bring in more high quality products. Once again, I would like to thank you for all the support from our family, friend, and customers. Happy New Year!
