• We do not accept returns because we cannot ensure the purity of the product once it has been shipped. However, we do offer samples that customers are free to try.
  • Products that are returned due to quality issues will be refunded or credited ONLY after a quality control inspection is carried out on the returned item(s). Similarly the cost of the return freight will only be refunded if the quality of the returned item(s) was deemed unacceptable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs until Quality Control has finished their investigation.
  • We do not accept the return of raw material products, as once shipped, we can no longer guarantee the purity of the products for our customers.
  • Original and return shipping charges are not refundable. In addition, should a shipment be refused by the recipient or returned as undeliverable, any return shipping charges assessed by the courier will be charged to the customer.
  • Our orders are processed promptly. Cancelled orders that have not yet been packaged for shipment will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Orders that have already been packaged for shipment will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
  • If you believe you have received an incorrect item or your package is lost during delivery, please contact Ezenssi immediately. Failure to contact us promptly voids any responsibility we may have had.
